Vaejovis Miscionei
Above is a photo of a new species of Vaejovis, Vaejovis miscionei Myers & Ayrey, 2021. This Arizona Scorpion pic was taken in Southern Arizona. The species was recently described by Brandon Myers and myself, Rich Ayrey. It is related to Vaejovis troupi and Vaejovis vorhiesi; however, it is a distinct NEW species. This NEW species was found, by Tom Miscione, in the mountains above Bisbee, Arizona. I am very fortunate to have pics of rare scorpions like this one.
